you because they will know the formulas for profitability that companies must adhere to in order to become profitable.
- Will you start with an Internet presence or integrate
your back office with the Internet at a later date?
- Source and acquire your back office software
solution/or provider for tracking orders, shipments, and calculating commissions/bonuses accurately.
- If necessary, source and acquire an office/warehouse
for your business or will your office/warehouse be virtual with vendors who will ship products from their location?
- Who will be your home office V.P. of Operations or
office manager ?

Retain an MLM Attorney to provide
you with appropiate legal counsel and to review all of your sales and marketing materials, Policies &
Procedures and collateral materials.
Who will be responsible for Sales and Marketing ?
What will be your projected break-even point in sales
?
What is your roll-out or company launch plan ?
Retain the services of a good graphic designer and a
experienced copywriter for your project. Are they Internet savvy ?
Consider retaining a good Direct Selling/MLM consultant
to assist you. (Ask an MLM attorney or software provider for their recomendations because they will know who is qualified
to serve your needs).
