My name is Rich S. Bell and I'm the Founder & C.E.O. of

I have been in the Direct Selling business most
of my adult life (37 successful years). My first experience was as a Distributor for Nutralite, an organically grown
multi-vitamin & mineral supplement.
Beginning in 1950, the Nutralite company sent my family
two boxes monthly of their Double XX formula supplement. Why ? Because one of their Distributors had read a story about my
Leukemic brother Buddy in a local newspaper, and they sent the article to Nutralite's home office asking
for help from the company, and hoping that the Nutralite Double XX supplement might be helpful for my brother in
fighting the deadly disease.
Nutralite sent the supplements to us free
for over 12 years until my father notified Nutralite that Buddy was totally free of the disease which was a
miracle, because back then if someone was born and diagnosed with Leukemia, it was practically a death sentence as no
one born with Leukemia was known to have survived for very long.
Since they sent two boxes to us each month, my
mother dispensed one box to my brother and the other box to me, even though I was perfectly healthy.
Nutralite was one of the first MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing) companies
to exist and they had two Distributors who left Nutralite and founded their own company. The company they founded was
Amway. Amway became so successful that they later acquired Nutralite and all of their Distributors.
So, that's how I became a Distributor for Amway. I
went to every meeting and rally I could attend and I credit Amway for instilling in me the necessary mental attitudes,
work ethics, and training to help me in my future success.
A few years later, I signed up in a new start-up
company because I saw that a friend of mine was making some good money with a new weight control product. I did not know
it then but I had become a Distributor with one of the fastest growing Direct Sales companies in the history of Direct
Selling. The name of the company was Seyforth Laboratories and they distributed a product called" Slender Now", which was
the first powdered milk- shake diet weight loss product.
The company modeled their compensation plan after
Amway's and they went from a few hundred Distributors to over several hundred thousand Distributors within three years with
annual sales of over 100 million dollars. Over half of the business volume was produced by my downline sales organization
and I became the #1 Distributor and top income
earner in the company.(My largest check was for about $127,000).
I semi-retired at the ripe old age of 30 and went
to Hawaii to sail the Hawaiian islands for a few years. I was too young to retire, so my family became part-owners of
a herbal company in California called Pro-Vita which did very well, reaching around three million is sales per month.
While all this was hapening, one of my downline Distributors in Slender Now,
by the name of Mark Hughes, started a company in California called HerbaLife which now does about a billion dollars annually
internationally.
My brother and I were invited to join his company but we were already part
owners of our own company. So, we wished him success, gave him some compensation plan ideas, and the rest, so they say,
is history because today HerbaLife is a household name.
Later on, I sold my interests in Pro-Vita and started doing sales training
& business development workshops for Distributors, and consulting for companies regarding their compensation
plans and incentives to help increase their sales. A few years later, I consulted with the Feather family, who were the
owners of the Cambridge Diet, on some new anti-stress formulas. FYI: the Cambridge Diet was another powder
milk shake diet plan and their sales reached almost a Billion dollars within a few years.
Since the early 90's, I have focused my business efforts on
consulting and assisting new and established companys to develop exciting new compensation and business development programs
for starting up new direct sales companies that were very profitable for the company, as well as being exciting
and lucrative for their salesforce. I also work with new start-ups to help them get specific tasks accomplished (see
Services).
It has been my good fortune and pleasure to work
with some of the best MLM attorneys, software developers, top leaders, and other professionals in the industry.

completely confidential. Since my background has experience in the corporate environment as well as the field, I have
